Images of a 61-year-old male who was referred to the gastrointestinal outpatient clinic with ten months' history of weight loss. More recently, he had developed epigastric pain, abdominal distension, and night sweats. His medication contained only pantoprazole and occasionally paracetamol. He drank half a liter wine every evening and smoked 20 cigarettes per day. A large mass in the tail of pancreas has been detected in the dual-energy computed tomography scan (A, B). The histopathological assessment revealed the presence of a pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma
