Dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (A) showing a solid mass in the upper inner quadrant of the right breast, with nonhomogeneous obvious enhancement, Kep value of 1.09 min− 1 (B), and lymph node metastasis to the right axilla (C). The LVI risk calculated by the combined model which was built based on the combination of N stage and Kep was 70.7%. She was confirmed to be LVI positive by histopathology and had multiple metastatic lesions in the right and left liver lobe on follow-up CT (D) 32.5 months after surgery
