The developed clinical-radiological nomogram (a) and radiomics nomogram (b). From each variable location on the corresponding axis, draw a line straight upward to the point axis and obtain a point. After adding up all the points, draw a line from the total points axis to the bottom line to determine the probability of developing early recurrence. Calibration curves for the clinical-radiological nomogram (c) and radiomics nomogram (d) in the training cohort (Hosmer-Lemeshow test; P = 0.145 and 0.214, respectively). The actual outcome of early recurrence is represented on the y-axis, and the predicted probability is represented on the x-axis.
