Poorly differentiated HCC in a patient with left lobe HCC, showing no restricted ADC on DWI-MRI and increased uptake on FDG-PET/CT. Dynamic 3D gradient echo T1 WI shows a non enhancing nodule on arterial phase (a, arrow), remaining hypo intense on portal phase (b, arrow) but associated to a thin peripheral enhanced rim.
