  1. Patient level response classifications for the test dataset were based on the standard ±25% EORTC cut-off values and on the 95% confidence limits produced by STARCIST with σ set to 1.36 ,  0.81 and 1.0. The p-values are based on binomial distribution (n=57) based the total number of patients outside of the 95%-confidence limits. The p-value in the first row is derived by treating the EORTC criteria as 95% confidence limits
