Axial CT scans obtained unenhanced (A) and during arterial (B), portal (C) and delayed (D) phases of contrast enhancement show a large, solitary round metastasis of the pancreatic head. Note that lesion is best seen in the arterial phase and less well seen in portal and delayed phases.
