Images in a 69-year-old man with surgically-confirmed large duct type intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma in the right lobe of the liver. A On diffusion-weighted image with b value of 500 s/mm2, the mass shows the homogeneous restriction. The mass demonstrated mild-moderate hyperintensity on T2WI (B) and hypointensity on T1WI (C). On arterial phase (D), it showed no enhancement and then showed gradual central delayed enhancement on portal venous phase and delayed phase (E, F). Also, intrahepatic duct dilatation was found in this patient around the mass (white arrow)
