Images in a 48-year-old man with surgically-confirmed small duct type intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma in the right lobe of the liver. A On diffusion-weighted image with b value of 500 s/mm2, the mass shows the targetoid restriction. The mass demonstrated mild-moderate hyperintensity on T2WI (B) and hypointensity on T1WI (C). On arterial phase (D), it showed rim arterial phase enhancement and then showed gradual central delayed enhancement on portal venous phase and delayed phase (E, F). Also, no appearent intrahepatic duct dilatation was found in this patient
