Comparison of the positivity rate of the different imaging modalities after classification of patients in groups based on their PSA plasma levels. Patients were separated in four groups: Group A, PSA ≤0.2 ng/ml; Group B, PSA > 0.2 and ≤ 0.5 ng/ml; Group C, PSA > 0.5 and ≤ 2.0 ng/ml; Group D, PSA > 2.0 ng/ml. A statistically significant increase in the positivity rate in all imaging modalities (PET-CT, PET-MRI, MRI) with increasing PSA levels is observed (A, B, C)
