Both lymph nodes showed slightly higher perfusion compared with the surrounding tissue on the fused image by ASL and T2WI (b), with a BF value of 42.5 mL/100 g/min and 32.14 mL/100 g/min. ROI of the lymph nodes was delineated on the multi-b-value DWI with b value = 800 s/mm2 (c), acquiring at ADC value of 0.993 × 10−3 mm2/s and 0.874 × 10−3 mm2/s on ADC map (d), respectively
