Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves show the diagnostic performance in being able to distinguish prostatic carcinoma from benign prostatic with different combined ADC map histogram parameters. This graph shows improved sensitivity and specificity when the 5th percentile of the ADC values (ADC5th) and ADC differential variance (ADCDiff−Variance) are used together, but this combination is not better than 5th percentile of the ADC maps (ADC5th) parameter used alone (Fig. 4)
