Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves show the diagnostic performance in distinguishing prostatic carcinoma from benign prostatic hypertrophy with different ADC map histogram parameters. The 5th percentile of the ADC maps (ADC5th) showed the best overall sensitivity and specificity compared with the other parameters
