Prognostic nomograms for PFS and OS. To use the nomograms, the total points for each patient are obtained by summing the points identified on the scale for each variable. The sum of the points is plotted on the “total points” axis, and then a line is drawn downward toward the risk axis labeled “3- and 5-year PFS/OS” to determine the probabilities of the outcomes for an individual patient.
