Osteomyelitis with PSMA uptake. 68Ga-PSMA-PET/CT MIP (a), axial PET/CT (b, c) and axial CT (d, e) images show a lytic lesion in the left pubic bone with bilateral diffuse bone sclerosis (small dashed arrow) with mild uptake (dashed arrow). Additionally, there is edema in the right adductors muscles (arrow) with discrete and heterogeneous uptake (short arrow).
