She underwent robot-assisted laparoscopic IVC thrombectomy. a CEUS reveals the passing of contrast agent between tumor thrombus and IVC wall and the continuity of the IVC wall is good (arrows), suggesting that the IVC wall is not invaded; b intra-operative observation indicates that there is no wall invasion; c the IVC tumor thrombus is removed en bloc
