Experiment workflow for both responding (MCF-7) and nonresponding tumors (MBA-MD-231). B mode ultrasound (BUS) scanning and corresponding RF data collecting was performed on days 0, 2, 4, 6, 8 and 12 prior to treatment. Adriamycin or saline was administrated on days 0, 3, 6 and 9. On day 12, all mice were sacrificed and tumors were removed for histopathological examinations
