This tissue had a homogeneous density and a CT value of 38 HU. b In the enhanced arterial phase, the CT value of the lesion was 55 HU, and the blood vessels were embedded in the lesion. The boundary of the lesion and adjacent loop of bowel (short arrow)/iliacus (long arrow) were not clear, which was confirmed by biopsy at surgery
