Sarcomatous intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma in a 47 year-old man. The axial CT scans display a hypovasular mass with intratumoral hemorrhage (a-d). The bisected specimen displays a large solid tan mass with hemorrhage and necrosis breaching the liver capsule without complete penetration (e). Hematoxylin and eosin (H & E) stain shows multifocal hemorrhage and necrosis. Hemosiderosis is found (f)
