He had received a palliative prostatectomy and a radio- and chemotherapy. The initial GS was 4+5. The PET/CT (a) illustrates disseminated, PSMA-negative lung metastases, with SUVmax-values from 0.35 to 1.75. Red arrows point to examples of lung metastases in segment 4.
