Pathologically proven cHCC-CC with peripheral progressive enhancement: There is a large mass, which is predominantly intermediate signal on T2-WI (a) in segment 8 of the liver. This demonstrates peripheral arterial hyperenhancement (b), but then shows progressive enhancement on the portal venous and delayed phases (c & d) demonstrating enhancement pattern similar to that seen in mass forming ICC
