Restaging FCH-PET/CT in a 68 y.o. patient with biochemical relapse following radical prostatectomy. Initially, PCa Gleason sum was 8. PSA was 0.48 mg/L at time of examination. Transaxial PET (a, b), fusion (c, d) and CT (e, f) slices showing faint activity in left paravesical (red arrows) and right external iliac (green arrows) enlarged lymph nodes. However, the very low uptake in the latters was suggestive of a benign process, such as inflammatory or reactive nodes. This study was interpreted as negative and the patient underwent salvage radiotherapy
