Malignant partial solid nodule stable for more than 6 months. Female, 54 years old. A partial solid nodule with a size of about 9 mm was seen in the upper lobe of the left lung (A, red arrows) at February 22nd, 2021. The solid component (A, red arrowheads) was about 4.0 mm in diameter. There was no significant change in the size of nodule (B, red arrows) and solid components (B, red arrowheads) at June 10th, 2022. Its score of Lung-RADS and PNI-GARS were 2 and IIIa, respectively. The final pathological diagnosis (C, HE×100) was invasive adenocarcinoma
