A: in this patient with multiple lung metastases identified at baseline evaluation, which were highly ¹⁸F-FDG-avid (B). ICI administration led to the development of widespread cutaneous lesions with associated axillary and inguinal nodal uptake apparent on ¹⁸F-FDG PET/CT. Biopsy confirmed bullous pemphigoid and the ICI therapy was ceased. Serial MIPs demonstrate resolution of the skin changes and nodal changes consistent with an inflammatory basis, but the progression of disease, as suggested already on both CT and PET at early evaluation
